Half Moon cay

Half Moon cay was AMAZING!! Think of a perfect beach and that was it!! The sand was so perfect and soft!! I have NEVER walked in sand like that it felt like I was walking in flour I loved it. The beach was so clean there was not a rock on it. The water was so clear and blue we had a blast just playing Frisbee in the water. We cleared a good area around us I think we were being a little wild no one wanted to be by us!! The other thing that was really nice is they had lunch for us for free because it was Carnivals private island. They only allow one cruise ship at a time at the island so it was really nice! The weather was perfect I could of sat there all day! I found my new happy place!!
We just finished our Frisbee game, it was the Richards against us. We both won a game but at the tie breaker the Richards beat us! Hey I challenge you guys to a rematch! Lets return to Half moon cay!
Walking around the island and checking it out!
Hanging out on the beach!
We had to take a picture by the pretty flowers!

Whoo Whoo look at the ripped boys!!
The beautiful beach!
Lounging in the hammock

Cruzin Time

We went on a Eastern Caribbean Cruise with our good friends Mike and Candice Richards. We left out of Miami Port and we went to Nassau, Half Moon Cay, Grand Turk. It was one of the funnest trips I have ever been on!! It was so nice because Grandma Baldwin came out and stayed with kiddos while we ditched them for the cruise. No crazy kids = a very nice relaxing trip!! I LOVED it!!
Playing a nice game of mini golf!! I do believe I won this game!
Welcome to Miami!
Checking out the ship when we first arrived.
Waiting to depart from Miami!
Welcome to Nassau
When we arrived in Nassau we got a cab and drove over to the Atlantis resort we were going to their amazing water park!! This resort was way nice I would take a vacation there anytime!! The water park was very large and way fun, the resort itself was very pretty It would be nice just to hang out there for a couple of days!

In front of the Atlantis Resort.
This slide was way steep it felt like you were falling off a cliff!! The water is a shark tank that the slide goes through, not that you can see anything when your flying down this slide. They did have a tube slide that also went through the shark tank that was slower and you could see the sharks swimming around you which was pretty cool.
Atlantis Resort.
Candice and me being CRAZY!! The room between the two buildings above us cost 25,000 a NIGHT to stay in and there is a 4 night stay minimum!! Anyone have a extra 100,000 laying around that they want to spend on a ROOM!!
This was a picture while we were waiting in line for a slide it was so pretty the water was amazing and so pretty!!
Having a good time at the water park, we did a train down the little kid slide to get to this waterfall! We had a great time at the water park and I would recommend it to anyone. If you are going on the cruise though you might be able to go to the resort to get tickets like we did instead of spending a $175 a person.

Dino Exhibit

We took the boys to a traveling exhibit that was here about Dinosaurs. Both the boys are pretty into Dino's lately due to watching a lot of Land Before Time, Dinosaur Train and Dino Dan. Corbin is pretty cute he will bring me a Dinosaur book and then growl at me which means he wants me to read it! They both enjoyed the dinosaurs and we had a fun little family outing.
They also had a little petting zoo there but apparently Corbin just wanted to get moms camera!
Brax feeding the Pig
Corbin loved these baby goats they were pretty cute!
Braxton ran around the place saying mom take a picture of me by this dinosaur.
Riding the baby triceratops.
Dad don't feed me to the Dinosaur!!
Braxton was a little unsure about the dino walking around at first but he still took a picture with him.
Corbin did not want to get to close to the caveman, he was a little freaky looking.
My hand ahh!
My cute boys!

Mandiball Masquerade

Every year the Dental School has a MANDIBALL it is always by Valentines day so it makes a perfect date for Valentines. It is a fancy dance and dinner, this year the them was a masquerade. We went last year and I loved it so when Kevin told me when it was I really wanted to go. I of course was working that night however I was able to get someone to cover me for the first 4 hrs so I could go. It did no disappoint, I loved it the food was good the funny thing was for an appetizer they had really big marina meatballs they put in a little bowl it made me think of the wedding singer. It also makes it really fun because a lot of our friends are there too. We had a great time dancing, we never really get to go dancing so we had a lot of fun. Thanks Kevin for the great night I loved it and your amazing thanks for all you do!! I love you!! Happy Valentines Day!
We made our masks the night before with a group of friends I think they turned out pretty good.
Some of our friends at our table, Us, The Richards, The Cooneys, Tyler & Sunni May.
I never get a chance to get all dressed up which was part of the fun. I was excited when I found a dress and got it on sale for only $25 sweet!
The cake they made this year was a drill.

Januaray Fun

I have been doing a lot of sewing lately, well I have been sewing a lot of car seat covers. This is one I made recently and I thought it turned out so cute! I don't know how many of these I made this year. The first one I ever made was for Corbin and I had no idea it was going to be so popular. Now I get many request from people in my ward if they can have one. I don't mind though it is fun giving someone something that they are so excited about! Plus I have been getting better and better at making them.
We went to Kidzapalooza at the fairgrounds we went last year and Braxton loved it he asked all year if he could go back. We payed $3 dollars to get in then the kids get to go on all these big blow up things and you can get a lot of free stuff. It was a great time and the boys LOVE it!
Braxton climbing a big wall
This was Braxton's favorite this is a little course that they can go in and shoot each other with laser guns what boy would not love that!
Here Braxton ready to go with his laser gun
Well I turned 28 this year. I was able to do a little shopping and I got some clothes, a watch and a hat. We went out to dinner at the Olive Garden then we came home and had Cheese Cake My FAVORITE!! Then we played some games I think Braxton was more excited about my Birthday then me. I think he thought we were going to have a big birthday party like we did for his Birthday but we just the family.

These Pics are a little out of order but they are also from Kidzaplooza, the picture of Corbin did not turn out well but he LOVED this slide he wanted to go on it again and again!

Christmas Card

Here was our Christmas Card from 2010 I forgot to put it on earlier so here it is!!
Posted by PicasaMERRY CHRISTMAS

It has been a great year for the Baldwin Family here in Columbus, Ohio. We have really enjoyed being here in Ohio and seeing all of the new sites and places nearby. We even braved a 15 hour trip to Disney World in March with the boys. It was a lot of fun but I don’t think we would survive another long drive like that with Corbin now.

Corbin is now 14 months old and he is quite the little busy body. Now that he has started walking it is hard to keep up with him and all the messes he makes, but he makes up for it with his happy, smiley personality. He’s kept up with tradition and just like his brother his favorite first word is, “Hot.”

Braxton is now 4 years old. He started preschool in September and is loving every minute and so is mom. I am amazed at how much you can get done in just two hours of free time. Brax’s new obsession is space and rockets. We recently went to the Smithsonian Air and Space Museum in Washington D.C. and Braxton was in heaven we could barely keep up with him as he ran through all the exhibits about space. He is growing up so fast and we are very proud of him.

Kevin is almost done with dental school. He will graduate in June so he is counting down the days. Right now he works on patients all day just like he will in practice. He is now trying to decide whether he will buy a practice or work somewhere for a year. We are mainly looking at the areas of Oregon and Washington. We recently took a road trip through Oregon and Washington looking for places to live. We really liked the Northwest and all it has to offer. We wish we could be in Utah but right now it’s not looking promising. We are excited to find out soon where we will be.

I am still working at a local hospital as an RN. Right now I work in the float pool and go to all the floors in the hospital which adds a little variety. I also have to fill in as Nursing Supervisor, which pretty much means I have to figure out staffing and any problems that arise for the whole hospital at night. Pretty soon I will be able to retire and let Kevin work, finally! I still plan on working enough to keep up my license.

We have a lot of new and exciting things to look forward toO in this coming year. It will be interesting to see where we end up! We have had a great year and hope you have too. We want to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Love,

Kevin, Amanda, Braxton and Corbin Baldwin
