ANGRY BIRDS!

So like many households my boys love ANGRY BIRDS!!  Braxton would play it all day long if I let him!  So when I saw a tutorial on pinterest on how to make Angry Birds I thought I would give it a try. They turned out so cute! They boys love them they have been playing with them everyday.  They want to sleep with them and when ever someone comes over they show them all their angry birds.
Braxton will set up little sets from angry birds and then throw the birds at the pigs to try to get all the pigs.  He begs us to play this game with him all the time I do have to say it is kinda fun to the launch the birds trying to knock the pigs over or just to throw them at people.  They don't hurt since they are all made out of fleece.

The dragon is from a seasons version of angry birds, you throw a fish and then the dragon flies through and destroys everything.  Well Braxton was obsessed with the dragon and asked me to make one.   Well the website did not have the instructions for the dragon so I had to wing it and make up my own pattern.  It actually turned out pretty good I was surprised if I did it again there are some things I would change but Braxton was happy.

The pig family, look how cute the baby pig is!

All the ANGRY BIRDS!

The boys wanted me to cover them in angry birds so I did! They are kinda crazy but fun!

V-Day

This year we had to celebrate Valentines Day a couple of days early because I had to to work on V-day.  So it was a neat surprise to come home from the gym and have a treat waiting for me.  Then I had to hurry and get Kevin's together but I already had been working on it so it was not to hard.
For Kevin I made him a basket full of Reasons I Love You!  It was fun coming up with the different reasons and made me appreciate even more how amazing my husband is! The boys thought it was fun to because they got some of the stuff out of the basket for themselves! We also got the little ones a tin full of chocolate and a transformer they thought that was awesome!

The cute basket

Kevin got me flowers, a ballon, my favorite candy and the new twilight movie so I was exctied!  We also where able to go out have a nice date night.  Kevin took me to see the Vow I really wanted to see it and then we went to dinner.  It was nice to have a night out thanks Kevin!!  I love you!!

Braxton playing Basketball

We signed Braxton up to play Basketball at the YMCA.  He was so fun to watch play it was actually kinda hilarious to watch those little kids play!  Braxton had not really played any basketball at all before or even really tried to dribble the ball.  He improved so much through out playing and he had a lot of fun.
He would get kinda worried when all the kids came at him so when he would take it down to half court (that's when the other kids can get the ball)  he would hurry and pass it off to someone on his team.  Because he would always pass it he did not get very many opportunities to shoot the ball he did get frustrated that the other kids did not pass the ball very much!   But overall he had a lot of fun with it and he wants to do it again!

Corbin pulling funny faces on the sideline!

Getting ready to play.

Cute little guy so excited to play!
