Birthday Boyz

While we were in Utah Kevin turned 28 on 9/11 and Corbin will turn ONE on 9/30. So we decided we would have a Birthday party for both of them with all our family and friends! We all had a great time visiting we, we had a yummy dinner thanks Lindy Lou for all you do! Lindy pretty much got everything ready since Kev and I were in Oregon the first part of the week. It is so nice when you are with all your family and you know they will help you out in any way they can. That is something you really miss when you are away! But we love going out to Utah to visit unfortunately we were not out there very long so we did not get to see all the people we would like to see.

I want to a little opportunity to tell Kevin HAPPY BIRTHDAY! He is so great and an amazing husband. He does so much for me I am grateful he is in my life. His Birthday was kinda overshadowed by Corbin turning ONE, but he did not even mind. Kevin I love you and appreciate all you do I hope you had a good Birthday! Happy Birthday!

When Kevin was a baby he was frequently called chubs, and we are always calling Corbin chubs so Lindy decided to do a cake for both boys. "Happy Birthday Chubs one and two!"

Braxton is so funny he loves to be the center of attention. Now that he has a little Brother he has to share some of that attention and he does not always like it! While Corbin was eating his cake he was really funny and just shoving cake in his mouth. Well Braxton saw everybody watching Corbin and he did not like that too much. Braxton decided he needed to put on his own show and started doing a crazy dance and being all loud right by Corbin's high chair so everyone would look at him and pay attention to him.

He defiantly was not shy about diving into his cake! He LOVED it! He downed the whole piece in a matter of minutes!! Look how happy he is about it.

Fun at Great Grandma & Grandpa Baldwin

While we were in Utah we had a opportunity to go over to Kevin's Grandparents house and see a lot of the Baldwin side. It was so nice to see everyone again, when you are gone for a while a lot of things change. I was surprised at how many more people had kids. There was a bunch of little ones running around and for a while I had no idea who belonged to who. The Baldwin family is so large so it was nice that so many of them came out to say hello and we were able to catch up with some of them. The kids loved playing with all the cousins Braxton had a ball playing safari with Aunt Elsha and Uncle Steve.

Fun In Utah

We abosultly LOVE boating! It has been one of the biggest things we have missed about living in OHIO! We were happy when it was warm enough to go out on the lake one day and enjoy the water. We went to willard and it was pretty nice, the water was just perfect for wake boarding and it was not too cold either! Braxton was so fun, he got on the double tube with me and dad and was a champ! We caught some pretty good air and he liked it! He did not like it when my knee hit him in the head when we went over a pretty big bump, but he recovered quick and still stayed out there for one more run! (we forgot the camera on shore for the tube ride :(

I was happy I was able to get up my first try after not doing it for 3 years! I still suffer from a case of wimpitis but I loved it; however I was REALLY sore the next day!

Braxton was determined to catch a fish with his toy fishing pole. That night when I was putting him to bed I asked him if he had a good day and he said, "NO, I was trying to fish and I did not catch a fish!"

Kevin was pretty impressive I was surprised on the height he got on this jump, he has not been out for 3 years either!

We went up to the Baldwin Family property one night and had a great time. We went four wheeling had some hot dogs over the fire and smors! The best part was enjoying sitting by the fire!! I love that at least until I come home and realize how bad I smell then I really want a shower! The kids loved it though they had a great time on the 4 wheelers. It is nice that my family and Kevin's family get along because then we can all do stuff together and it gives us more opportunity to hang out with everyone!

Braxton 1st Day of Preschool

Braxton's first day of preschool! He loved it!! He has been pretty excited to start school. At first he was a little nervous but then we went to the open house and he got to meet his teacher and play, then he loved it. He really likes school so far I love to hear about the fun things he does at school. I can't believe he is old enough to go to school man they get big so fast. It was funny when he saw dad he said "Dad you went to school and I went to school today we are both BIG boys!"

We drop off the kids and the staff comes out to the car to pick them up so we are waiting patiently for them. When they came to get him he was not even scared he just got out with them and waved bye, but then he looked back at me for a second like uh mom is it okay I am leaving with these people.

Corbin has been a little explorer lately and the second the bathroom door is open he tries to get in there as fast as he can! He is a speed crawler now so I have to watch him pretty close. The other day I went upstairs to get ready and I this is what I found when I came back down.

He fit 4 rolls of toilet paper in the toilet, there was no water left when I pulled those out.
